Agreement

These terms govern reservations and stays at Hotel Etuna, 5544 Valley Street, Ongwediva, Oshana Region, Namibia.

Confirmed bookings require a deposit as shown at checkout. The balance is due at check-in unless your rate states otherwise. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before arrival; later cancellations or no-shows may be charged per the rate confirmed at booking.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. Guests must present valid identification. You are responsible for charges posted to your folio, including restaurant and room service. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for conduct that disturbs other guests or staff.

Rates are quoted in Namibian dollars (NAD) unless stated otherwise. We accept cash, card, and secure online card payments through our authorised payment partner.

Hotel Etuna is not liable for loss of valuables not secured with reception, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Namibian law applies. Questions: frontdesk@hoteletuna.com or +264 65 231 177.
